The Program
In life, business and mountaineering, there will be storms. For climbers,
mountain storms bring wind and snow. For most of us, a storm can bring economic
difficulties, altered plans, or uncertainty.
After 28 years of climbing high peaks around the world, Jim Davidson has endured
many storms, and he has distilled how to get through rough times and succeed,
even when uncertainty looms.
Jim has just returned from climbing the sixth highest mountain in the world, Cho
Oyu, at 26,906 feet. He will share photos, video, and stories of how hard-won
experiences from other stormy peaks enabled him to reach his highest level yet.

SUMMBER 2010 DENVER CMP STUDY GROUP FORMING |

2010 SUMMER CMP APPLICATION AND LOCAL STUDY GROUP
The application deadline for 2010 Summer CMP exam
is March 4th. Interested candidates can download the application on The
Convention Industry Council (CIC) website at
http://www.conventionindustry.org/.
Candidates should note that the CIC recently revised the application.
The next CMP Exam will be held on Saturday, July
24, 2010 in various cities across the country, including Denver.
Orientation for the next Denver Area Study Group
will be held in mid-May. Please contact either of the group leaders listed below
if you are interested in participating. The study group will then meet each
Wednesday evening (excluding holiday weeks), ending with a practice test on
Wednesday, July 21, 2010, followed by the actual CMP exam that following
Saturday. Including orientation, regular study group sessions, and the practice
test, the study group will meet 11 times prior to the CMP test on July 24, 2010.
