The Premier networking event of the Rocky Mountain Region! Register today to enjoy the company of meeting planners and suppliers from Colorado to Wyoming and beyond.

In addition to the traditional 18-hole competition, we will also have a 9-hole learning opportunity complete with pros on site to assist you with the fundamentals of golf.

Timeline:
Thursday, June 5, 2008
7:30pm: Opening Night Reception, location TBD

Friday, June 6, 2008
8:00am: Registration/Breakfast
9:30am: Shotgun Start for both courses
Immediately following the 18-hole tournament: Awards Reception

Pricing Structure:
18-Hole Foursome: $500 early bird/$580 after May 13
18-Hole Individual: $135 early bird/$155 after May 13

9-Hole Foursome: $300 early bird/$380 after May 13
9-Hole Individual: $75 early bird/$95 after May 13

Registration includes: Greens fees, golf cart, ball mark repair tool, ball marker and tees

Bus transportation will be provided by Event Transportation Associates Inc. and Coach America. Seating will be available on a first come first served basis on June 6, 2008 at $10 per person. The bus will leave at 7am from the Morrison Road Park and Ride and load up for the return trip at 5pm.

All room rates are based on minimum unit occupancy and do not include applicable state and local taxes and surcharge. Each person over the minimum occupancy will be charged $25/per person per night.
