The PRAISE Award was developed to recognize members of MPIRMC who have a high level of involvement in our chapter throughout the year. Members can earn points simply by being involved. This on-going program will be retroactive from July 1, 2009 and conclude on June 7, 2010.
~Members leading in points will be announced at monthly meetings~
Please note – You will only be allowed to enter your point information once monthly. Do NOT forget to include all of your eligible points from July 1, 2009, participation in all events will be counted.
PRIZES:
1st Place - Free Registration to WEC 2010 or MeetDifferent 2011 (includes air and hotel, up to a total value of $1500)
2nd Place - Renewal of YOUR MPI Membership
3rd Place - $100 Visa Gift Card
Point Breakdown and Descriptions:
(Points are awarded for each occurrence of each activity)
Publish an article for Chapter Newsletter (2 Points)
*Write an article for MPIRMC Summit Newsletter to be published
Recruitment of a new member (6 Points)
*Recruit an industry professional who joins MPIRMC this fiscal year
Attendance at an MPI meeting or event (1 Point)

RULES:
* All MPIRMC Members are eligible to participate in the PRAISE Award Program and are responsible for tracking and entering their own points.
* The prizes will be awarded to the members who have accumulated the most points during the program period July 1, 2009 – June 7, 2010
*Points or prizes are non-transferrable.
*First Prize will be valid for WEC July 24-27, 2010 - Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada or for MeetDifferent 2012 (dates and location TBA). The winner will be reimbursed for the conference registration, hotel and air fees up to $1500. Receipts must be presented in order to receive reimbursements.
