Tiffany Carson has been in the hospitality industry for over 10 years. Her career started at ESPN Zone as a part-time receptionist and morphed over many years into a position completely new to her, Director of Sales for the Winter Park Mountain Lodge which she began on Monday 12/08! She attributes her success in this industry to all of the wonderful mentors, friends and colleagues she has had a long her journey.
When not working, Tiffany is normally found cheering on one of her favorite sports teams, skiing, spending time with her husband of seven years and her adorable Italian Greyhoud, ESPY or on a patio having a cocktail with friends and family.

Stacie is a third-generation Coloradoan, growing up in Denver and receiving her communications degree from Metropolitan State University of Denver. Stacie has had some level of involvement in meetings and events since beginning her career and was employed by the advertising agency that handled the layout and printing of the MPI/RMC Reporter. Little did she know at the time how instrumental MPI and the Rocky Mountain Chapter would be in her life. Stacie’s passion for meetings and conferences started with her work as a marketing coordinator handling the trade shows for a medical device company, the first time she was a part of the set-up of a large exhibit floor, she knew that’s what she wanted to do. From there she went to work for an exhibit house managing trade show properties for clients, and then has expanded her knowledge working as a corporate meeting planner, handling the operations for a Destination Management Company (DMC), and then on the supplier side, managing the event space at the Lone Tree Arts Center. Currently Stacie is the Director of Conferences for Civica Management, an Association Management Company who handles both local and national association clients.

Dana is a native of neighboring Nebraska and a Cornhusker fan at heart – her love for the mountains and all things outdoors brought her to Colorado in 2004. While Dana’s past career in youth ministry involved much hospitality and event planning – her hospitality career began in earnest that fall when she joined the Keystone Resort & Conference Center sales team as their receptionist. Always eager to learn more about the business and up for a challenge, she was quickly promoted to a coordinator position. From there, more hands on meeting and event planning, managing tradeshow logistics and a wide variety of other tasks led Dana to pursue her CMP designation in 2011. In March of 2012, Dana was promoted to be a Sales Manager at Keystone Resort & Conference Center.
Dana’s past involvement with MPI includes coordinating the chapter’s monthly community service project with Project Angel Heart and editing the chapter newsletter.
In her free time, Dana and her basset hound/bulldog mix Norm can often be found in the mountains – enjoying the outdoors, or at the sewing machine creating quilts and other crafty projects.

Stephanie joined the hospitality industry at a young age. She began in restaurants and evolved into the event and catering world. Stephanie’s first Sales and Catering management role was at Invesco Field. Not only did she work like a horse on Bronco’s game days, but she planned all of their private events and worked on a little event you may have heard of, the Democratic National Convention. After leaving Invesco, she went on to work at several fantastic venues, the Museum of Contemporary Art Denver, the Oxford Hotel and The Curtis hotel. Her eclectic experience has made her an expert in many facets of the industry, and now she is a Global Accounts Manager for HelmsBriscoe.
A member of MPI since 2013, Stephanie had the pleasure of helping with The 40th Anniversary Celebration & Auction Committee. She also chaired the MPI/PCMA Golf tournament and was the Sponsorship Chair for the 2014 Annual Gala.
Here are few things you will learn about Stephanie if you ever have the pleasure of working with her:
- She will always find time to send a humorous, E-Card to make her coworkers blush during meetings
- Be careful when opening your desk drawers because she probably hid something in there with the intention of terrifying you. She will claim total innocence and blame it on someone else, but we all know that she did it
- If you need to brighten your day, just check Stephanie’s Facebook page because she probably updated it in the last few minutes with an adorable photo of her daughter Emma or her son Noah
- She is always available for cooking advice since she is likely preparing a gourmet meal for her husband and children that evening.
- Unfortunately she rarely shares leftovers with her coworkers
- Don’t waste movie quotes on her, because there is a 90% chance she has never seen or heard of the movie you are attempting to quote

Nancy is a native of the East Coast growing up in Queens, NY and Hazlet, N.J. She has been in the event planning industry since College, where she studied at Towson University in Baltimore, Maryland. She started out in the music business working for Polygram Records as their Mid Atlantic College Representative planning concerts and promotions for the labels artists. Upon graduation from college she moved back to New Jersey where worked for an independent music label in NYC called Iguana Records.
Wanting a complete change in scenery Nancy picked up and moved to Colorado Springs in 2000 and started working as the Promotions Director for the rock radio station 94.3 KILO. There she was involved with planning large concerts that came to town as well as planning and executing station promotions and giveaways.
Upon moving to Denver, Nancy worked as the Director of Group Sales and Marketing for Boondocks Fun Center in Northglenn, CO. Then in 2010 moved to the Downtown Aquarium where she is now the Sales Manager.
Nancy has been an MPI Member since 2011. Since joining she has had the opportunity to chair and volunteer on both the 2012 & 2013 MPIRMC Gala Committee and the 2012 MIC Serving Up Hope Committee.
When not working or volunteering Nancy enjoys spending time with her husband of 11 years Travis, her 8 year old Chloe and her 5 year old Scarlet-Lily. She is an avid “Foodie” who loves music and vacations with her family.

Rebecca Sosa unknowingly got into the hospitality industry when she crafted her mom’s 40th birthday while in high school growing up in Ecuador. Rebecca returned to her home state of Texas to go to Baylor University to earn a degree in Telecommunications and Spanish. After many summers of coming to Colorado to backpack, camp, rock climb and mountain bike, she packed her green Volvo, named Molly and moved to Boulder. Rebecca has worn many hats in the hospitality business from being the front desk manager at a high end spa in Boulder, to running an offsite catering company and finally ending up, after living in Argentina and Chile for a year, at her first Catering Sales position at the DoubleTree Westminster followed by being on the opening team of The Curtis hotel, and then ended up at the Hyatt Regency in Denver. She has now been at the Ameristar Casino Resort Spa as their Business Development Manager for the past year and a half and has jumped into being active with MPI, PCMA and Destination Colorado.

Jennefer Weeks started at Lucky Strike Lanes Belmar in April 2017. She came from The Palm Restaurant as their Sales Manager from June 2015-March 2017. She started her events career at The Fort, in Morrison, where she was their Private Dining Manager from September 2010-June 2015. She has worked in the restaurant industry for 20+ years.
Jennefer has been a member of MPIRMC since 2010 and was elected to their Board of Directors in July 2015. Jennefer had the honor of receiving the “Supplier of the Year” Award for the 2015/16 MPIRMC.
In December 2012, Jennefer was chosen for the Destination Colorado Individual Peak Performer of the Year award. She also sat on the Destination Colorado’s Board of Directors from April 2014-March 2017.
She was born and raised outside of Philadelphia and moved to Colorado in January 1997. Jennefer received her Master’s Degree in Marketing from the University of Colorado Denver in May 2000. She currently lives in Golden with her husband, dog and two cats. She loves to hike, bike, snowboard and play Frisbee Golf.

Rocky Mountain Event Consultants is a full-service event planning company specializing in developing and managing associations, corporate events, award galas, festivals and more. We help clients create an event vision or theme, handle location procurement, catering, decorating, program speaker management, entertainment, audio visual, design, promotion, marketing, public and media relations and more!
As Executive Director for the Meeting Professionals International Rocky Mountain Chapter (MPIRMC), a client for whom Rocky Mountain Event Consultants provides full-service association management services, Freddie Templeton is responsible for working with the MPIRMC board of directors to facilitate strategic planning for the association. She also provides support services including communications, database management, membership operations, financial management and meeting/event planning and execution. Freddie joined the MPIRMC team in 2005.
The Templeton Team serves as Association Managers for the Meetings Industry Council (MIC) of Colorado.
Freddie brings a background in meeting planning, event management, business development and leadership training while Keith, Managing Partner brings promotion, design, and printing to their clients.
